After renovating several houses and making them home, our latest endeavor is to make this new construction townhouse our home.
As with all decisions, every decision has sacrifices of some sort. Townhouse living is very different than living in a free standing house, and though we sacrificed some things, there are other gains with that decision. I’ll walk you through tips from the beginning where we had to select which property best fit us.
