I love holiday decorating for all the holidays and seasonal changes! On this Holiday Decorating page I share with you many DIY and decorating ideas.
You’ll find craft and sewing projects for many different holidays, including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter and spring, also a little of the 4th of July and Halloween as well as Thanksgiving and fall. When each season and holiday come around, I’m inspired to create some fresh decor celebrating that time of the year.
I love vintage holiday decorations, especially Christmas. Each year I try to learn more about the history and identification of different vintage and antique Christmas ornaments and decorations. As I learn about them, I will share with you here too. My latest interest is knowing, and collecting unsilvered WWII ornaments. I’m fascinated with the historical significance of why ornaments were made unsilvered for a short time in history.
Being a decorator though, I am also challenged to not only collect ornaments, but I’m also always thinking of ways that I can come up with creative and special ways of holiday decorating.
