Today’s post is actually a video on how to assemble the Boss drafting stool. The stool was pretty easy to assemble, but I wanted to share it with you in case you are intimidated with the thought of putting together a piece of furniture.
Soooo many pieces of furniture ordered online now come with ‘assembly required’. Some of the assembly is really simple like screwing the feet on, or inserting the knobs, but some pieces are more involved.
If I, a middle-aged woman, (grandma actually!) can put together a piece of furniture and encourage you to do so too, then I’ve accomplished my goal! Well, I did it, (and it was even missing part of the instructions for this taller stool style) but I figured it out! I did make a couple of minor mistakes in the process, but that didn’t stop me from completing the stool.
By the way, HERE is the shopping link for this Boss drafting stool. I love it at my new desk, which is a standard 36″ tall kitchen height island, so the higher stool works really well.
I also wanted to share this video because I’m practicing!! I’m getting set up to start offering virtual workshops online through my decorating and DIY coaching site FrameandFrills.com! I’ll offer different DIY projects that you can work alongside with me, you in your home, me in the studio… Of course, we’ll be featuring Fusion Mineral Paint treatments for those workshops too!
I am getting my Frame and Frills studio ready for all the Fusion Mineral Paint products we’ll have in stock for in-person sales as well as online sales!
I’m super-duper excited with all the changes and additions… (part of that new addition will be those workshops I just mentioned. You can join in-person here in the studio OR online and learn a new DIY skill!! SO EXCITING!!) I can’t wait to share more on that.
For now though, here’s the video showing me figuring out how to assemble this Boss drafting stool:
